Upgrade Services (Complex Upgrades)
As newer operating systems arrive and old operating systems are made obsolete and unsupported by the manufacturers, data center server operating systems and the database application used for your Connected solution must be upgraded to support newer Connected releases. On a large system with an established user population, this upgrade must be carefully planned and executed to avoid data loss and minimize system downtime. Connected Upgrade Services are designed to optimize the chances for seamless upgrades.
Storage System Conversions
Iron Mountain’s Connected Professional Services group has developed broad and in-depth experience in the various Connected-supported storage technologies. From choosing and verifying storage system upgrades or conversions, to planning and carrying out implementations, we can save you time and energy, reduce risks to your data, and minimize downtime. We work with your administrators to capitalize — technically and administratively — on the benefits of the target storage technology.
LDAP Conversions
Implementing the LDAP integration to your existing Connected communities enables you to leverage the time and effort invested in creating and maintaining your organization’s Enterprise Directory. The integration eliminates the need to perform time-consuming and cumbersome account administration on a regular basis. It also provides the opportunity to greatly enhance and improve the accuracy of reports generated from the Connected system.

Project Management
A Consultant works with you to develop a comprehensive, detailed and workable project plan, becoming an active participant on your project team throughout the effort. The Professional Services team member will be your liaison into Iron Mountain, giving you the necessary information, resources and focus to ensure your project’s success.
Architecture and Design
Our team works with your project team through various discovery, education and recommendation sessions to deliver the Connected-based solution that best meets your company’s technical and functional requirements.
Implementation and Configuration
Iron Mountain works with your project team to develop and implement the technical mechanisms to deliver your Connected solution. Our consultant drives the process and executes needed tasks, which may include executing a complex back-end upgrade, implementing a reporting solution, converting from one architecture to another, integrating with other information systems or coordinating IT management infrastructure.
