DP/PC Agent Software System Requirements
Clients must meet the following minimum requirements to use the Agent:
Operating system
- Windows 98
- Windows ME
- Windows NT4 with Service Pack 3 or higher
- Windows 2000
- Windows XP
Web browser (required to display Agent Help)
- Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
- Monitor resolution
- Minimum screen resolution of 800x600 pixels Minimum 256 color depth
Client hardware
- 32 MB RAM on Windows 95B and Windows 98 platforms
- 64 MB RAM on all other platforms
- Intel 486/66Mhz or higher processor (Pentium recommended)
Network connection
- If remote users are connecting via modem, the modem speed must be 28.8KBps or higher
Email application - EmailOptimizer
EmailOptimizer supports the following email applications:
- Lotus Notes® 5.0.5 through 6.0
- All Microsoft® Outlook® versions through 2003, with extended MAPI installed on the operating system

- Windows 2000/2003 Server OS with Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Data Center Server Hardware
- Dual Processor Server, 1GHz or better
Supported Secondary Storage
- NAS, SAN, HSM
