Using Connected DataProtector/PC from Iron Mountain, IT management has control over:
- deployment,
- scheduling of daily backup sessions,
- what types of files are backed up (and what types are not),
- user access and functionality, and
- the network and storage impact of stored PC data.
A single console supports centralized management of multiple data center servers, providing single-view control over multiple server processes.
Support Center reports allow regular reviews of server activity, account activity and recent backups. These reports are delivered in a user-friendly graphical user interface.
