To request a transfer of Connected Backup/PC between two or more servers, please fill out the form below and submit. Please note all information is required for both the site that is transferring seats and the site that is receiving the seats.
For security reasons requests will only be accepted from authorized contacts. Delays in processing will occur from a request from a non-authorized / non-registered contact. License requests should only come from customers who have direct 1st line customer support with Iron Mountain.
